We offer complimentary delivery worldwide on all orders over $500 AUD. 

Postage and handling is a flat rate of $15 within Australia. 

You will receive an email at the time of processing and dispatch of your order with full tracking information. Australian orders will be delivered by Sendle or Australia Post and will require a signature upon delivery. If you require your order urgently, please contact us at hello@lucy-belle.com and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.

Please note, we do not process orders on weekends, Queensland or Australian National public holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

DELIVERY TIMES

Australia: 1 – 5 business days

International: 3 – 15 business days

Delivery times are an estimate only, Lucy-Belle will not be liable for any delay in delivery. The customer will be responsible for arranging re-delivery or pick up if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

DUTIES AND TAXES

International customers will be responsible for all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties. The value of your order will be stated on your package as required by custom authorities, it is the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Lucy-Belle is not responsible for any delays in the release of your package. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns or exchanges are accepted on Lucy-Belle garments within 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on earrings due to hygiene reasons. Items received outside the 7 day period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. Once the tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable. Please contact hello@lucy-belle.com to arrange a return or exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are quality checked before they are dispatched however in the unlikely event an item is faulty, a refund or exchange can be claimed within 3 months from date of purchase. Please note, general wear and tear it not considered to be a fault. All items come with care instructions that should be followed.
